"Haven't been to this joint since I left California ten years ago. In Austin for business, so naturally wondered if a Texas In-N-Out would meet the California standard. It was everything I remembered about the chain - excellent burger and fries along with superlative customer service. May have to hit it up again before I leave town."

"This location makes me so sad. Every time I’m waiting at least 10-15 minutes. Sometimes my food is cold like it’s been sitting for a while. I’m a So-Cal girl and grew up eating In-N-Out so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I live in some apartments next door and I’ve giving this location about 4 tries already and every time it fails me. Tonight’s meal was unsatisfying; as always! The fries were over cooked and crunchy, and way too salty. I literally had to pick through them to find some decent ones. The burger was okay but they NEVER put enough lettuce even when I ask for extra lettuce. Something about when I hold the cheese burger in my hand it ALWAYS feels so flimsy. Like I said, I’ve came like 4x already expecting for better result; but it’s always the same disappointment. This is depressing that they don’t understand the quality of In-N-Out. “IF” I decide to give this location another try and my food is disappointing I WILL return it and ask for a remake. Other locations in Austin are much better so I hope S Lamar gets it together!"

"Finally made it to an In-N-Out joint to see what the hype was all about. The dining area was cleaner than some other fast food chains I’ve been to. The staff was friendly and moved with purpose to clean and serve the customers. My wife had me try the veggie burger and animal style fries. The burgers seemed to have been made with good quality and fresh ingredients. The fries however, even though we’d asked for them to be well done, had become soggy before reaching our table, due to the toppings…. Not a big fan of the animal style fries, but had a good experience otherwise."

"We finally had a chance to make it to an In-N-Out Burger in Texas. The atmosphere inside is nice and clean. The staff members were very kind and moved customers thru quickly. What we were disappointed about was the food itself. We ordered a cheese burger, a 3x3, and fries. We didn't like any of it. It wasn't that it was "bad" or anything was wrong with it. We just didn't like it overall. Other may like it here, but for us we are not a fan of the food."
