"We came in today for a late lunch. I ordered the shroom n Swiss combo, and my husband ordered the impossible burger combo. Both the burger and the sandwich were not fresh, and the fries were cold. We took the fries up to the cashier and asked for fresh fries. The cashier took the fries returned them to the fry warmer and mixed them with fresh fries. SMH this is not how you get return customers. I'll drive to Hutto before I come back here."

"Horrible Horrible Horrible. They almost ALWAYS get our orders wrong. We USE to come here for our burgers but if we don't check them there our order is almost always wrong!! That's why they are NEVER busy!! Back to whataburger it is!!"

"Today 12/29/2023 around 2:00pm - my family dined in at this location. Let me begin by saying my husband is never one to complain… but he has asked me to put this publicly after our experience. We were the only guests there, and went to place our order by a very rude young lady that was on her phone. After greeting her, she did not respond and just stared at us. She acted flustered when we asked questions about ordering with the app. So we understood she wasn’t going to be helpful so we just ordered and sat down. I could go on about the exact incidence of things she did that were over the top rude, but will leave it at this… This post is not only to describe how awful the customer service was, or how the food was cold, stale and hard but the worst part was that our baby girl (3 y.o) was given ghost pepper fries instead of the regular fries we were charged for. Maybe that’s why we were the only ones there… We will not return to this chain or any chain of Burger King again."

"Service ??? She was not friendly, when asking questions about the burger it was as if I should of known what was on it . We sat close to the drink dispenser don't think they cleaned very well . Flies and gnats were bothersome. It wasn't that busy for the 5 maybe 6 employees that were working. . Won't go back. Very disappointing."

"One of the worst place when it comes to service it took 35 minutes for the food from drive-through to come out as were just sitting in the car order is prepaid via app. They truly one of the worst Burger King out there."
