"Our first visit was not so good. I called to complain to the manager and she respectfully apologized and ask that we return so they could try to fix all that was wrong with our experience. We agreed to return. We went back last night for a do over. Christina the manager came out to our table to apologize again. This visit went very well and our waitress Kenzie was so professional. The food was great as well as our service. Christina the manager was very professional and it goes to show that not every day is perfect day but a little customer service goes a long way. Thank you Taylor Apple Bees for such a better experience."

"We dropped by for a late supper yesterday, arriving about 8:15 pm, for an informal birthday supper. It wasn't busy at all. We come to this restaurant every 9 months or so, as there are limited choices for dining in this area. There is an odor we noticed when we arrived, similar to a sewage backup, but it lingered close to the front door and was not apparent further back in the restaurant. We were seated promptly, but sat in our booth for about 15 minutes before a waitress took our drink order. We ordered tea and a cup of coffee and had to ask for the coffee 3 times before it arrived, without any sugar and no spoon to stir it with. This was a trend that continued for the rest of our meal. Our coffee cup or tea glass would be empty and we would have to flag the waitress down to get a refill, even when she happened to serve an adjacent table. She never checked on us, even though we went out of our way to be polite. We ordered several appetizers for dinner, and had to make choices on the fly as the kitchen was "out" of several items. When our appetizers did arrive the kitchen had substituted ingredients in some of them, but the waitress had not asked us prior to the substitution. The appetizers came out several minutes apart, so that the nachos that were delivered first were cold by the time the other items arrived. The food was OK, but would have been better in its original form as shown on the menu. Overall a very lack luster experience, but not unexpected. It's not the worst place on town, but it's nowhere near the best either."

"Great local spot in Taylor. The bar is in the center so there’s literally no way to avoid everyone talking loud While you are at a table around the bar. Wait staff was friendly and the food decent. Some basic table setups were not there such as small pores when the appetizers were served. Hate to pester the wait staff for these but it’s basic things that get folks irritated."
