"We both had perfect, toasted sandwiches with yummy crisp fries. We also ordered a side of deviled eggs which we both thought were perfect as well. Creamy and classic without unnecessary toppings. We were just in Taylor for a bit and stopped in for a bite. Delicious food made with care. Cool use of old school too. Love the flowers/logs out front. We'll come back sometime to try a dinner entree. Thanks."

"Amazing atmosphere, great hospitality from when we walked in, customer service great, and food is great! It is inside the old Taylor High band hall! The history of Taylor is definitely seen and felt when you step into the restaurant. Mimosas are perfect! Love a little heavy pour. The ranch burger tastes like a homemade burger! Just how I like it. The farm breakfast is a classic breakfast plate. Can’t go wrong with that choice. The Bacon and the French Toast ARE A MUST TRY! My daughter finished her chocolate chip pancake so it must have been really good. I highly recommend this place! I look forward to trying new dishes on my next visit. Especially the brunch!"

"Perfectly cooked filet! Salmon was ordered medium but came out well done. I was very hungry after an 8 hour road trip, so I decided to eat it instead of sending it back to the kitchen. Server was very polite but did let my water glass run dry. Great atmosphere. Ample parking. Safe for Celiac folks."

"We absolutely love coming here and every time I forget to leave a review (probably because I’m so focused on eating). I think I’ve tried almost everything on the menu but I’d like to highlight their deserts. The banana split pie is a must! The service here is great too the vibe is always chill. Taylor is a small town and it’s rare to get a bad experience. As for entree I’d recommend the salmon croquette."

"Went on a Sunday. We were given the brunch menu. We asked if we would be able to order the fried green tomatoes, we had seen them online but not on the brunch menu. They were able to do it, and boy were those the best elevated flavors on a fried green tomato! (Pictured after we ate some, because i was so excited that I forgot to take the pic when it came out) I'd be back for those alone. So fresh.... nice crispy batter, on a bed of fresh greens (I think spinach), with feta and a sweet jam. I think she said it was an apple bacon jam. It was to die for. The tomato basil soup was great also. The meatloaf was a bit denser than I like, but flavors were there. And it had freshly prepared chunky tomato sauce on top. The club sandwich was pretty great also. Service was great as well. Our server was so knowledgeable about the menu and had a wonderful bubbly personality. We will be back!"
