"Bought a stove with 6month warranty been calling about the problem said they ordered the part and never came out. Now they dont answer. Will buy my washer and dryer somewhere else."
"Bad service called because I purchased a washer and dryer...I explain to the guy what was wrong with my washer..he tells me that all new models do that ...At this point the guy don't know the model or anything about what kind of washer I had purchased, but yet wants to assume he already knows. So I let it go still feeling it's not working properly so I call him again. This time he said he would send his service guy...service guy never shows up had me waiting all day Saturday. So I decided to call again no answer then I text him no answer. So now I'm out of luck because my warranty has expired. Just terrible service I would not recommend them to anyone. Taking advantage of single parents."
"Hours say open from 9am -6pm. I'm here knocking outside and calling the shop but I cant get an answer. Bad service. I will say that my refrigerator was fixed by this place before in a timely manner. So cant be negative about the shop."
