"Horrible. Credit approval process is a nightmare. Ended up going to Home Depot and getting financed and the same unit + 5 year service plan for $450 cheaper. DO BETTER UPDATE: Typical copy and paste reply on all of the complaint reviews. What was done to rectify the credit approval process? Nothing! Because you don't even know what happened and what the issue was. Flakes."

"My purchase experience was great, but buyer beware. Don't get your purchase financed through Conn's. They conveniently forgot to mention that there is a $ 100.00 administration fee. Obviously I didn't read every detail in the contract. So that one is on me. Still disappointed in the sales person and manager."

"James, my salesperson contacted me after I completed the pre approval online. We went in the store same day picked out our items, set up delivery date and signed paperwork. The manager came over at the end of our transaction and explained delivery details. Conn’s will forever be my go to place since shortly after a previous purchase, Hurricane Harvey hit and we lost all of our materialistic possessions and memories such as photos, bibles and such. Call Conn’s and my debt was wiped clean. Thank you for the great service during Harvey and today’s purchase. Always a pleasure doing business with a company that knows how to treat customers!!"
