"We love going here for sushi when in the domain! Food has always been spot on and delicious. A bit expensive but very good. Charred edamame and mango crab Rangoon are always musts when we go!"
"Recently tried Blue Sushi for a happy hour bite. The happy hour menu is extensive nearly being everything on the regular menu, but at a discounted price which was rare to see. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really cool and the booths are cozy for a date night spot. I ordered a few sushi rolls and a drink and overall they were good. Nothing that was incredible, but nothing that was bad just good, especially for the happy hour discount. I would go back for happy hour, but not for the regular price menu."
"Just stopped by Blue Sushi Sake Grill after work and it was a great find. I got a seat at the sushi bar right away, perfect for solo dining. The service was quick and attentive, especially with drinks. I tried the Truffle Salmon Sashimi and Tataki Maki roll β both had these unique flavors that stood out from typical sushi places. The basil in the roll was a bit strong, but still good. The vibe here is upscale (think collared shirts) and the place is clean and trendy. Lots of young people around, which adds to the energy. They've got a sushi bar and a regular bar, plus plenty of seating. Overall, a solid choice for some quality sushi. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for a tasty sushi bite."
"Stellar service and the patio was lovely in the fall weather. The interior design is nice and the paper cranes are fantastic. All day happy hour Sunday has a nice variety. I liked what we got but nothing hit me to the point of 'oh I must return.' The best roll was surprisingly the Hawaiian roll. I normally don't like cooked or warm rolls but this was nice. Even the sashimi was paper thin. In my experience sashimi is a bit harder of a cut so I was disappointed. I ordered the Yellowtail Serrano, nice flavors but nothing impressive. I was expecting more with what I have heard from others. Where's the try if you're going on Sunday for happy hour but I don't know that I'd pay the regular prices for these rolls. The rolls to me were filled with more filler than actual fish which I don't prefer in my rolls. There is a TON of variety, the menu is huge so take time to review it, perhaps ahead of time. They also have a very large vegan sushi menu, which is an entirely different adventure to read."
