"This location needs a revamp! The employee's are clearly not happy or enthused about being there. I stood waiting for a young lady to take my order for at least 10 minutes. I even locked eyes with several other employees so I'm sure that I wasn't invisible! We return in hopes that it will get better but this location is a lost cause..."

"Very poor customer service. Ordered Uber eats, order arrived incomplete. I called store, got hung up on, called back as I was driving to store. Floor was super wet, no apology or even a friendly smile. Was given a bag with my sandwich. Never again!!"

"Good food, terrible management. A fast food restaurant that handles 1 order every 15 minutes. Lobby is closed 2 hours before told time. If you see 2 or more cars at the drive thru, just go to another restaurant. You’ll get your food faster and get home before you place your order. Unfortunately the employees are under a sense that we are on their time. I believe it’s not the employees fault, but is the store manager that is incompetent to keep their employees in check and accommodated. 1/5 performances, 4/5 food, 5/5 waste of time. Put your car in park and watch a movie or take a nap, the line will still be the same."
