"This has to literally be the slowest McDonald's ever. I sat in the Drive-Thru behind a dozen cars for 5 minutes before I even was able to reach the speaker so I pulled out ended up going inside and got my order and left before the car that took my place even rounded the corner in the drive-thru. When I got inside I discovered why. The staff was moving at a snail's pace with two to three people standing around doing nothing. The staff was giggling and making jokes and just doing overall sloppy work. They actually spilled my fries and then tried to give me a half full order of fries. I then asked them to fill up the fry car and all the way. Try Whataburger across the street."

"Visited McDonald's today for breakfast and encountered a series of mishaps. Initially, there was a mix-up at the payment window, where my order was repeated incorrectly. Despite clarifying, the staff didn't acknowledge the mistake and simply stated the total. At the pickup window, the order was still wrong. I received orange soda instead of the orange juice I ordered. When I pointed this out, there was confusion and a lack of immediate resolution, leading to further inconvenience. Eventually, a different staff member corrected the order. However, the orange juice I received was disappointingly diluted, as if watered down. This visit was a letdown, particularly due to the staff's apparent indifference to their service quality. While I understand that everyone has off days, this experience was frustrating enough to warrant a 1-star review. Hoping for better service in the future"

"Once again they forgot the rest of my order. I send in my order via the App (the UX needs a little help) and brought it home to fine that 1 out of the 4 breakfast sandwiches was missing. If this keeps happening I’ll have to go to another restaurant"

"Just stopped by after an airport pickup so it's 1am which meant it was very slow. That isn't the problem as much as the burger was. Tonight it was on the rare side. .... Too pink for comfort. Also, it was the one my kiddo ate so it was a little too late by the time I noticed it. My fish fillet was not good. Usually this place is great. But semi raw burgers is NOT okay ever."
