"I came in with 4 people in the checkout line and nobody helping. By the time it got to 6 people started leaving. The manager walked by me standing at the parts counter, said hi and kept walking. Do not come here if you have somewhere else to be. I came in for one small item and spent almost 20 minutes at the counter hoping someone would come to the front. I saw a guy stocking parts and asked if we could have some help and he said someone was coming..i told him I've been here 10 minutes and haven't seen anyone nor had anyone else. I don't mind waiting in line, but having no one up front for over 15 minutes is just poor management. I personally saw 6 people walk out...that is a simple loss of revenue that could easily have been prevented."
