"Yesterday when I entered the store I immediately realized that I did not even receive the typical greeting that characterizes Cato, 10 minutes were enough for me to feeling uncomfortable, I was going with the idea of buying several items but when I saw the girl looking at me I grabbed a blouse that I loved and I just told her I'm ready she didn't even answer me she got to the checkout and without speaking she scanned the blouse and I paid it , she never said thank you or asked me if everything had been okay, much less offered me the credit card, meaning zero interaction. It caught my attention that at that moment a client arrived , the Cato's girl this time was very nice, The only difference with this client is that I am Hispanic. I don't plan to return to this location and it was really very uncomfortable. ..."

"The lady working one day rushed over to me to take the clothes from my hand to put with her at register until I was ready to try on. I had only been in there 3 minutes & knew exactly what I came in for. As I am searching for about one more item there's a cricket chirping & I can visually see the cricket looking at me. I'm not joking I wish i was. Overall I don't like the feeling as if you're being watched by a houndog & don't forget she's rude of a cashier."
