"I ordered the general tso’s chicken with 2 egg rolls and 2 hot & sour soups. First of all, I only received 1 egg roll and 1 soup despite paying for 2 of each. The soup was ok, not terrible but not good. The egg roll had a chicken bone in it. Every 2-3 bites of the chicken also left me with a chicken bone in my mouth. Not satisfied with a single part of my order :("

"I have been a customer of this place for YEARS! I have enjoyed their food, mostly good food. But I will never go back there because of one very mean spirited witch that works there. Maybe culturally there are differences in the way people communicate but this person is angry. At everyone! And for no reason. When I repeatedly give my business to any company, it is a compliment for them. She snarled at me because I ordered chicken wings. "Why don't you just go to Wingstop if you want wings?" That's what she said to me. I will be glad when they find her broom so that hag can fly away and never cross my path again. Until then, I will GLADLY take my wing orders elsewhere. BYE WITCH!"

"Worst experience that I have seen from a restaurant. If I could write a review with no stars I would. I was very disappointed when I went to this restaurant and the service was horrible. I asked if I could use the restroom and the women said they don’t have one. I clearly seen the bathroom. She then went to the bathroom and looked in it and came back. I will never support a business like this ever again. “ be nice to your customers and they will come back.” Food for thought."

"We ordered and waited 30 minutes and not one plate of food came out of the kitchen. Asked for our money back and were refused. There's currently about 15 people in the dining room cussing and complaining about waiting for over 45 minutes and still haven't gotten their food."

"The customer service was awful the rice was too smushy. The shrimp and the chicken was good. Cost to much for bad service. This place should be closed down and the lady up front is rude as heck. There is an awesome place in Mueller shopping center that serves great Chinese food. And has better service."
