"The young lady's that work there are great but the Asian manager and the security guard are both rude. Very unpleasant experience harassed over a hoodie for this to be their only store you would think they would try their best to have repeating customers to expand."

I'm very skeptical about coming to fashion house because of all the following around and rude customer service comments. from what I've read too many loyal customers have left awful reviews, it's way too many bad reviews to not be accurate. I would hate to have an horrible shopping experience so i won't even bother coming to spend my money"

"Amazing experience!! They are very attentive in a non pushy way. They enjoyed dressing us as much as we did trying on clothes. They were honest in their opinions and made suggestions on how to make the costume even better. All the clothes were fun and beautiful."

"I went to Fashion house to find something cute and cheap to throw on for the day. It was a horrible experience and i will NEVER return!! The ladies on the floor followed me around like i was stealing! They never greeted me or offered to help but managed to go tell the security guard that my daughter pulled her mask down to talk to me …keep in mind we are in the rear of the store and the only customers so who is she harming?? The lady at the register asked if anybody helped me i told Her no and how i was just followed..she didn’t even utter an apology just unbothered! They need courses in professional behavior and plain old manners !"
