Discount Tire

"I have to be honest, I’ve been getting my tires from Sam’s Club for less for years now but they recently ran out of the tires I wanted so off to Discount Tire online I went. I found the tires, close to the same cost (Sam’s was cheaper, but again they were out of stock) and Discount is only 10 minutes from my house. After making my purchase online, I scheduled my appointment for the Bee Cave location since it’s close to home and I got a courtesy call once the tires were received by the store. I also received two other calls attempting to get me in before my scheduled appointment date which was kudos to them for trying but just didn’t work out with my work schedule. When it came to installation day, I walked into the store and saw a line of five people and immediately thought, “oh boy, I’m going to be here a while”. However, they had plenty of staff on hand to work right through the line and get to me within minutes. I was checked in by a very happy and enthusiastic young man and given a quoted time of 1 hour for my installation to be completed so I grabbed a seat and prepared to wait. To my surprise, 30 minutes later a young man came into the lobby telling me that my vehicle was ready. Now that’s good service! From start to finish I’m impressed with how the process went and even though it cost a few bucks more I don’t regret not waiting for Sam’s Club. Thanks Discount Tire, one happy customer here."

"Absolutely fabulous experience at this Discount Tire!! I was able to order my tires online and it showed availability and in stock for each particular store. I had an appt for Saturday but they gave me a call and let me know I could get in and out quickly the day before. And they meant it!!! It was super fast and shout out to Matthew and Connor! They were super sweet and great to work with. I would highly recommend this location!!"

"Fast service. I asked for the discount tire. Apparently there are dumb questions because that doesn't exist. Ended up getting a reasonably priced tire which included free air. I understand "Reasonably Priced Tire" isn't as catchy a title for a business but I do like a good discount so I left a bit disappointed."
