My questions were answered when I scheduled my vehicle for service, and I really appreciated the inspection report I received by email that included a short video clip of my air filter condition and the brake fluid level that was LOW! I have four cars so you can imagine the number of times I've needed an oil change, new brakes, or tires among other things. No matter the repair, I have found Sun Auto in Bee Cave to be honest and charge fair prices. I highly recommend Sun Auto in Bee Cave and ask for Ryan."

"Put the wrong thermostat in my Grand Cherokee (twice). I brought it back after it overheated 3 days later and they told me to come back next Tuesday for their next available time slot (I don't have the ability to "not drive").. I called Cruz at Lambs - owned by same people (I use Lambs for my work fleet of several vehicles and send my family and friends there because of Cruz) and he was able to call over Sun Auto and tell them to squeeze me in, as this was their fault and not good customer service. I brought it back that day and they put the wrong thermostat in AGAIN. After it overheated AGAIN, I called Cruz at Lambs (Cruz is a good guy) and he offered to have his team look at it so I didn't have to keep going through this. Cruz was the one that let me know Sun Auto put the wrong thermostat in my Jeep 2 times and that he ordered the correct one. Thousands of dollars later, I picked up my Jeep and it had a severe misfire (I did not drop it off with a misfire) when I was pulling out of the parking lot - my jeep was shaking bad. Lambs basically said tough luck and offered to "find the issue" for another $1300 plus parts and labor - just to "find" the issue that was not an issue when I dropped it off to them. My jeep is now totaled from overheating twice - confirmed by Jeep dealership. I talked to Nathan the Supervisor/Manager at Lambs about all of this and requested a call from a Regional Manager (something I've never done in my life) because Nathan basically told me to get lost and I never received a phone call. Reminder - I am a VIP that brings them a lot of family/friend business with an open budget for work vehicles (service each of them once a month) - if they did this to me, they will certainly do it to you. My Jeep is totaled and I can't even get a phone call. For the record - I have never left a review, good or bad, because it's not in my personality and I am a VERY busy person. This is just wrong."
