"I tried the Poke Bowl (subbed the tuna for salmon), the Brussel Sprouts, the Viva Las Vegas roll and the Philadelphia. Every single plate was delicious, and I loved the little box the poke bowl came in. I would say the best one was definitely the Viva Las Vegas roll! Extremely delicious. Service was amazing, Natalie answered all our questions and gave great suggestions. The restaurant itself is very chill and a little bit fancy, good vibe. Booth a little uncomfortable, but definitely would recommend this place!"
"First I want to start off by saying I have been a returning customer of Joi for years however after this dining experience it was a turn off. I dined alone and my bill was over $75 plus tip I spent a total of $100 for this experience. I received my food and drinks at a timely manner and I would’ve hope so because there was only myself and one other person in the restaurant. To see what I ordered see pictures. My problem wasn’t the food it was the lack of service I received at the end of my dining experience. I ordered the pork ramen but hadn’t eaten much of it at all so I asked for a to go bowl and asked if the noodles could be separated from my broth (because as we all know the noddles will swell if it is kept in the same container) and he told me no that he couldn’t because they were low on to go containers. So he put my ramen in a small cup tuber-ware. I was flabbergasted when he gave it back because I knew I hadn’t eaten that much of my ramen and he would’ve needed at least two bowls to fit my left overs. He didn’t give me all of the ramen that was in my bowl. Now I’m left with nothing but noodles and no broth. Then I asked him for more sauce for my spicy edamame to take Togo and he gave me chili oil and 3 packets of soy sauce. ? I am very disappointed with Joi. I’m not even complaining about the price but I expect if I’m going to pay $100 for just one person I expect good service my entire dining experience to the end so I can enjoy the remainder of my food and not have wasted my money. The left overs went in the trash. I paid for a bowl of pork Ramen and got noodles with hardly any broth and that’s not what I paid for. I’m extremely disappointed. I drove over an hour and thirty minutes so I came along way to not get what I paid for. Apparently they are under new management or getting some renovations done I’m not sure what my waiter was trying to convey on why they don’t have the proper To-go containers."
"Went for girl's night. Food and ambience was amazing. Wanted to take a photo of the chicken truffle dumplings but totally forgot as I couldn't wait to eat that delicious goodness. The vegetable tempura was yummy and they gave a lot of quantity. The fried rice and the sesame chicken were delicious."
"Ate on a Friday night on the patio for a friend’s birthday dinner and I was impressed. The ambiance was stellar as the live music was fun and not too overbearing. The staff provided exceptional service and even though a drink was spilled, they replaced it free of charge and with no commotion. The food was the real star however, as we all ordered a multitude of plates on offer from the sesame chicken, the edamame, shishito peppers, a variety of sushi and more. Every plate was top notch and I dare say the sesame chicken was the best I’ve ever had. Super recommend for a special event or an intimate moment. I would also suggest reserving a table to get the experience you want most. I can’t wait to go back!"
"Yummy! Really good food. We had some sushi rolls, tempura, poke, and shumai. Fresh, delicious, and nothing was left behind at all. Service was a bit slow because they were near closing, but certainly not a deal breaker. We burned $100 for dinner courtesy of Bidenomics."
