"To be honest they are very polite but have misdiagnosed my car's problems multiple times that led me to spending thousands to get it actually repaired somewhere else. I kept returning because it's convenient but I came to the conclusion they don't really know what they're doing. Plus they lost my wheel lock key and I had to spend $80 to get a new one. Their rates are a little more expensive and they don't really help you with your problems, so why bother?"

"Can’t speak about the service itself, but the customer service is impeccable. I went in to have a leaking tire checked and it turned out the whole wheel is bent and needs to be replaced, and showed me a picture of the damage. They quoted me the price of a full one as well as a refurbished one that they can get, but did not pressure me to have that done today, as I did not have time. I was offered coffee, they pumped some air into the tire without me asking and wasn’t charged a dime. So nice!"

"Can’t say enough good about this shop. Prices are better than anywhere else I’ve tried (and literally THOUSANDS less than quoted at Lexus/Mercedes), work is solid, but truly the most impressive aspect is the customer service. The gentlemen here are so kind, friendly, and accommodating- all friends/family I’ve recommend this shop to have also had the same experience! It’s so hard to find a mechanic that’s trustworthy/fair, but if you are looking - look no further! You are in good hands at Montrose Automotive."
