"Bought a pre-owned Mazda from this dealership. Here are some things that I experienced throughout my purchase. First, the car that I discussed to purchase over the phone was supposedly gone from the lot in the morning. Then the salesman offered a higher quality trim similar to the car discussed. The salesman was courteous and did his best to inform us of the car's history. Then comes discussion over price. When we went to talk to someone else about financing the car, there were some bumps. The gentleman was not very informative of different interests rates and did not explain why it would be higher than expected. This is given a decent credit score. After leaving the dealership, we realized that we were not provided the registration paperwork. 3 months later, we were informed that someone forgot to put in the VIN sticker in the car. The dealership did not us a license plate by the end of February. If you buy a car here, make sure all your paperwork is accounted for."
