"They often mess up my orders, hardly anyone speaks English so I can't communicate with them, they won't give a receipt when asked to be able to call the customer service line. If you try and complain they close the drive through window and ignore you. It's a pain to go to another location when this is the one closest to me."

"A year later food was ok, i didnt have to yell at the speaker this time and my order was right. There was no line in the drive thru so you know semi warm fries. It was good and the food quality is still good for fast food. OLD review:"The fries were warm and crispy and the burger was good even though it was wrong. The guy asked me if i wanted the single or double so i said double and no onions he said ok. Well burger came as a single with onions. If they got it right maybe better rating but i was the only one in the drive thru and maybe 4 people inside. It wasnt busy cause i got my food quick.""

"This place always gets the order wrong unless it's the $6/$5 dollar meal. I paid $13 bucks for my meal to be handed a bag of fries and nuggets which I did not order for them to still not get my order correct. They handed me the wrong order again and they never give you a receipt. They are so busy trying to clear their drive thru they always mess it up if it's not a simple $5/6 grab bag. This location is trash"

"We ordered two baconator meals and a kids meal, $36 .. Outrageous for their food. Anywho, we get home and they didn’t even give us what we ordered! Drinks and kids meal was correct. We got two Dave’s doubles, all the way. The buns were soggy, too. For $40 you could at least get the sandwiches right! I can understand if it was a complex order or if we made changes. But, we legit ordered baconators the way they come on the menu. Highly upset and disappointed."

"I love eating here but there has been multiple times where I’ve asked for my food and I get something else. I understand people make mistakes but I’m spending my hard earned money just to deal with a Wendy’s employee that doesn’t understand a word you are saying. She literally made me repeat myself four times and still screwed my order up.. don’t even get me started when I order door dash here.. funny thing is. We were the only car in the drive thru!!! Get better Wendy’s fr just get better."
