"Today I ordered three subs from this store.There is two chicken footlong subs are there.Chicken was still raw. It didn’t cooked properly. I ate half piece chicken than I got realised it’s not fresh. When iam trying to contact them no one is replying back. I think they even blocked my number. This is so disgusting. I want to give zero star but google didn’t allow me to. "I ordered my typical All American Club 12 inch. The young lady puts 2 flat slices of turkey, 2 flat slices of ham and 1 slice of bacon on one half (6 inches of the sandwich). She appeared new so I kindly told her the sandwich came with more meat. The turkey portion has 4 folded slices of turkey, 2 ham and 2 bacon for each 6 inch. She calls her manager on the phone and they communicate in Spanish. She tells me her manager confirmed the All American Club came with 2 turkey, 2 ham and 1 bacon for each 6 inch….. this is WRONG so I leave and go to Subway on Wells Branch. The young man made my sandwich CORRECT without me saying a word of my experience on Tech Ridge. Please train your manager and employees accordingly. Saving on your stores food cost should not be at my expense."
"First time coming in there I came in around 11 1030 pm, i also asked are you open to the sandwich maker or person in charge she said yes but usually she's done by before. My sandwich was terrible. I asked if she had enough change for a 50 which she said yes and she didnt she shorted me and said I'll remember next time. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich she goes through the whole process finishes my sandwich and forgot to put the sauce before all the vegetables. She kept complaining about her having to close, yet it's her job. She basically just kept my change and said I'll get you next time and I'm not talking about 50 cents or 75 cents. No mask Unprofessional."
