"I work right across the street. Come in every week to drop off packages for ups. Today I come after work to test an alternator. Ignored for 10 minutes. One lady asked if I needed help. Told her what I needed. Her face read to me that she didn’t know how to test an alternator and that somebody would help me. Nobody ever stopped in front of the counter I was sitting at to ask me. “let me test that starter”. That’s why I left saying “thanks for all the help guys have a great day” I will never return to this location on my free will. Only for UPS drop off’s"

"I had just gone to get the front breakpads for my car the week before so i went to get the back ones. When i pulled up to the parkinglot my cars battery died. I went in to order another one and the girl that helped me said they didnt have it in stock they had to get it from another location. I waited about 1.5 hours the driver had other routes wich i understand and there was an accident she had comunicated to me. When the battery finally got here she ordered the wrong one and the one i needed was in stock. They didnt even bother to say sorry ofor keeping me waiti g and i was sweati g because texas heat is crazy. So there i was chilling at this location all sweatty for that long and no discount for their mistake ot anything.i should of went to oreilly or autozone ill do it next time."

"Usually pretty good about finding anything I need here and good service but....this past week I changed my oil got some oil here and when I got home I noticed there's a whole quart missing from the 5 quart container of Fram and it was still sealed so I guess that's something you gotta check before leaving the store now make sure you get what your paying for"
