"The front cashier was attentive to seeing that my order had not gotten out yet, I saw him go back to the kitchen immediately to get it and he brought it out. He paused what he was doing to make sure I got my order fresh."

"Every time I come to this location the service is slow and the food comes out either cold or wrong. I work out near the airport so options are already slim to none. I was in a hurry and ordered a #13 didn’t check my food when I got it and left. They almost forgot my drink if I had not reminded them about it. I got my food and left without checking, that was on me but imagine how I felt after I got back to work and realized I paid almost $12 for 3 chicken strips with no fries. They forgot the fires how do you forget the fries??!!"

"The curbside service through the app has been terrible the last 2 times I have been here. 15 minutes passed the time it was shown that it would be ready. Why call it in to save time? Doesn't do any food. Drive through was clearly priority and the food was delivered cold. I am a big Whataburger fan, but Not coming back to this particular store until I have some kind of indication that this issue has been addressed!"

"The food at this location was very delicious, however the service was not the best. Waited over 30 minutes for a single takeout order with many people getting their food that arrived after me. After getting the attention of the workers, it appeared that my order was lost and there was some confusion, despite the fact that I had been sitting next to the counter since ordering. It appeared that my order was mistakenly given away and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before flagging down another worker who then went in back and immediately brought my order out, some of the worst service at any location I have visited, but the food was as expected and tasted great!"

"I'm not impressed by this Whataburger. Over been to better. I would expect a better atmosphere near an airport. The desk is small and strangely located. The staff is grumpy and not customer friendly. They asked me at my table if I needed anything (how nice) but never returned with my ketchup, do i had to get it myself. Airco is freaking cold"
