"Got an engine from these frauds annd installed and not even two months later the engine smokes and stops running. I asked for a repair they say they don’t have time and tried to sell me other parts without wanting to install it. Honestly, I would not recommend coming to these people stay far away they will sell you faulty car parts from other cars, just for the profit"

"Went in looking for a radiator fan for my car only needed 1 because only one fan was bad. They brought out the whole piece and I asked to buy just one. The guy at the front desk said $100 after examining it I figured I might as well it would fit and hopefully it works. I took it home tested the fans and 1 fan didn't work but luckily the fan for the side I needed did work. I brought the piece back and told the same guy that 1 fan didnt work I tested it out and everything. He didnt believe me so he called in his guy to test it. The guy comes in tests it and low and behold 1 fan doesnt work. He said $75 for the 1 fan I needed. I told him to sell it to me less because it was to much for just 1 fan. He said no and we went back and forth. I tried explaining that I understand $100 for both fans and the shell itself but $75 for 1 fan and no shell it wasnt worth it. He said I cant take anything less than $75 and that all he had to do was put another fan in the shell and he could sell it for $100 I got out of there because he was really starting to piss me off Dont go here people. If you do pay cash so you can at least get all your money back"

"WARNING WARNING .. DO NOT GET SCAM BY GIGANTE AUTO PARTS.... WARNING ..If I could I would put no starts . This is the worst place to get parts . They will tell you one thing over the phone and once you get there after driving for over an hr they call me a liar and say another thing in person trying to scam me and get more money from me .... They will give you different prices and then argue with you when you ask them why are you over charging me after giving me a price over the phone . After fighting and arguing for almost 30 minutes, they will try to sell you a defective and broken item and then say is good no problem after the big problem that we just finished . I pay someone to change my part now I have to pay the mechanic to do the job twice do to the extremely bad business scam I just went tru with this Gigante auto parts . Once I pay the mechanic twice I take the part back and they say they cannot help that am on my own and once again the guy on the counter gets loud and very disrespectful. IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAM GO TO GIGANTE AUTO PARTS."
