"They screwed up my order I paid $81 for this food and had to wait a long time for them to make my food because apparently you might order was a big order and they didn't have enough food already made. So they got my order wrong I came all the way back home to Austin because Buda is the closest to where I live in South Austin. I had to take to two separate homes and neither place ate because it was wrong. I don't have a car so I could not catch another ride back to get it correct and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. Best they told me was I could get half of my order made for me. Again no car so who knows when I can catch a ride back to get it!!!!"
"Overall a very bad experience. From the very small portion of food, the fact that the food was lukewarm at best, or the fact that I waited 26 minutes after ordering in the drive thru for the food. I should have known the moment that they asked me to pull around to a spot at the front, when there was no one behind me, that it was going to be bad. For what you pay, the service you get, and the quality of the food, go somewhere else."
"As soon as I walked in this place and stood at the register they took my order. I didn't have to wait like I do it most restaurants. Although I did have to wait for my order but I'm not complaining because everything was hot and fresh. Plus I spent $12.65 what's might seem expensive but it's really not because of that $12.65. I got in a total of nine items. 5 piece chicken strips, a biscuit, 1 bowl of macaroni and cheese, 1 bowl of mashed potatoes with gravy, and a large drink. That's total of 9 items for $12.65. So that's not bad at all. Most places you would paid that much and only get three items. And the restaurant was clean and people were friendly. This is the definition of great customer service and a great restaurant overall. That is how food is supposed to be served. I don't give any business a 5 star rating. So that says something KFC/Long John silver's. Thanks for being the best fast food restaurant ever."
"Just went through the drive-thru. Made a rookie mistake and didn't check the bag before leaving. I ordered 2 chicken planks to go with a 15 piece shrimp meal. Upon arriving home I discovered they weren't in the bag. They sure didn't forget to charge for them. Too hot and too far to go back. Too bad my seafood hating daughter won't get her order. Won't be patronizing them again."
"We roll up to the drive through speaker, "Hello, how are you?" Excuse me, we are not that close friends. The young lady working the drive through never greeted us with "Welcome to KFC/LJS, may I take your order please?" That "laid back" greeting is not going to get you anywhere. We knew what we wanted and immediately ordered the bucket for one. We asked for the KFC sauce. She told us in a rude and curt manner, "You can request your sauces at the window." Seriously? You are going to give me attitude while I try to make your job a little easier? As we got to the window, the young lady working the window was way nicer than the rude girl who took my order. We did have to ask again after our food was handed to us, for the KFC sauce. You would have thought for the sake of efficiency you would have done that when we told you the first time, especially since the lady taking our order thought we were on a first name basis with her short greeting. The only good thing about this place was the food was hot and fresh. KFC please drop the your unprofessional greeting. I have been told by other restaurants it is to speed things up. No, it is rude and not very professional."
