"The lady taking long and she was just walking around and doing her own thing then a car came behind us she took at least 20 min to give us are food then are fries where not hot and she give us medium drinks, and we asked for large the we saw her putting her fingers in her nose she was getting to me it was 1:00 she had blonde and black hair and she looks like she was in her 40"
"If you value your health, your children's health. Please do not eat here. The staff is clueless to cleanliness. A class on sanitation and food prep will serve them well. However, whether u listen or don't...its not my stomach or health at risk. If you do get sick and corporate has not come down and fixed things. I will be happy to testify as to my experience in any lawsuit."
"In the last 5 month ( we go 3 times a week ) the night shift tells us Everytime there ice cream and shake machine is broken. When I ask why it always is I get a different answer from every staff member. There obviously lying and I will be reporting to corporate Everytime as I am ordering from the mobile app, paying for it and not getting what I paid for due to laziness"
"Don't bother going here for any icecream,shakes, or even a Frappe mocha they're machine is consistently "broken" which I'm pretty sure is code for don't wanna bother with it at all, may as well remove them from the menu options since it's false advertising at this point!"
"I have been here before and the food was ok. Most recently (today), I was passing through and wanted just water (it's 113 degrees outside today!). I had my own cup. I washed out my cup in the restroom and asked if they could fill it with water (this store has no publically available fountain machiene). For some reason, my request was an issue the cashier had to ask the manager about. He came back and said the manager told him he had to charge me .55 to fill my own cup with water?!? It's a matter of principle. Most other McDonald's will give a courtesy cup of water with their own new cup for free. I will not eat at this McDonald's ever again. Ps the staff at the connected Piolot store were awesome and let me fill my cup for free several times. I even brought a few things in appreciation as I might have done at the McDonald's after satisfying my immediate thirst. Whoever owns this McDonald's, you need to up your game!! If I could give no stars, I would."
