Whataburger

"This is by far the worst Whataburger I ever been to. Not only is the food terrible let me tell you about the customer service. It is understandable that places are short staffed and mistakes can be made but what’s not acceptable is the way your Ms. Jan (the manager) belittled and treated us. Talking down to the customer is never ok. Saying “Go back where you came from!” is very disgusting and an employee like that has no place nor should be working for a company so big as Whataburger. I would definitely be contacting corporate because by the looks of the reviews something has to be done. Not only did we receive the wrong order. We also did not get a refund. Do better and be kind to people."

"When standing in line there was a family in front of me. The service they received was pretty good but when he came to my turn all I received was a blank stare no greeting. Barely told me my total and just seemed like the young lady didn't even want to be bothered with me at all. The atmosphere wasn't that good due to the fact that they were in the middle of cleaning the lobby while people were eating. And by cleaning I mean doing something with the floor. Some tables were closed due to this cleaning. I feel if you're going to do this type of cleaning then you should leave. Have your lobby closed for the moment due to the cleaning. People are trying to eat and you're doing this type of cleaning during that moment is not a good look or a good health conscience thing. Then when I received my food the young lady that brought me my food seemed like she had a slight attitude. I'm not accustomed to this type of service with Whataburger. Everything about Whataburger is usually on point but this particular visit I was saddened by the experience. I guess. Better luck next time."

"We got a chance to stop at Whataburger in Austin, TX for a late night bite. We ordered some Burgers, Fries, and a 3 Piece Chicken Tenders to split. The food was good and hit the spot for a late meal. We used the drive thru when we went, staff was nice and quick. The building and parking lot need a little cleaning."

"Got denied a refund because the gm wasn't there even though they messed up my food. Also, their kitchen was disgusting. 20+ egg shells on the front end of their flat top. Every time I have called to talk to their "GM," he's never there, and I get told, "He will be here tomorrow." I love whataburger, but this one is terrible. 1/100 would not recommend this location, btw I asked for a #1 with meat chz and pickles only, I got 0 cheese and 1 lone grilled onion. And the fries tasted old and bland bc well... look at the attached pics. Stay away untill under new maganment"
