"Convenient location close to home but reality is that they have the worse costumer service.even if you the only one there they take 15 plus minutes just to take care of you .. nobody at the counter had to look for them 7 plus people on the back section and nobody wanted to take care of me I inform them that I been waiting for more then 15 minutes they made a face letting me know that they didn't care"

"Placed my order yesterday it wasn't ready till the next day. When I get to the store only two people are helping customers at the registered 3 other employees walking in front of all 6 customers waiting not helping any one. I waited in line 20min i try to do curb side pick up and they never answer the phone so I had to come inside. Once is my turn in line I still have to wait for them to get my order another 17 minutes because they didn't have it ready even after I received an email saying is ready hours ago. He states he doesn't have my full order then another guy ends up bringing my order."

"As you can see I I posted 5 stars 3 years ago I still live in the area and the last two times I've went to this store I've had bad customer service one of the cashiers his name is Jesse with long hair has issues with helping customers. I brought a friend there for spark plugs and every plug I asked for he said he didn't have in stock so I went next door to o'Reilly and they helped out no issue I did call up the store and ask for the plugs and someone else who ever answered said yes they did have the plugs I needed and they went to verify so Jesse is costing your customers to do business elsewhere and I have informed others not to shop at this location due to the bad customer service and the lack of training they have with parts . This use to be a really good store and my go to over anything but now I will resort to shopping with your competition ."
