I had to refuse it and then they gave me the runaround for 2 months over the refund. I finally had to get the charges reversed through my credit card. Terrible customer service go someplace else!"

"Get a Mexican friend to pick up your parts, they overcharge white people. Got a quote over the phone, showed up in person a few days later asking for it. Without even looking up the price it was magically $50 more than originally quoted. I order the part, they say they're picking it, I wait an hour and they haven't even picked it yet. Took at least 2 hours before I was in and out of there. Very unorganized, but you can haggle for a better price."
"A very bad customer service I ordered a part over the counter Saturday at 4 pm, they told me they can't do it because they close at 5. I been told to pay and come back Monday I came in Monday asking for the part a paid for, the part pulled told me he can't do it on Monday. I called Tuesday to make sure the guy pulled for me the part. Customer service thinking they are making from me a joke putting me on hold then they hang off. They have no supervisor they have no complaining department. It is the worst customer service I ever had."
