"When they were building this location I was super excited. I was disappointed when I came for the first time. They shrunk the size of the dining area significantly from the location across the street and the drive through / parking lot isn’t any better. I guess they needed a bigger kitchen? Anyways, the first few times I came here I couldn’t even find a seat. Never have this problem at any other location. Also, this location, like many others need to staff the counter better. The chicken minis here were really good and the little bread was probably the best I’ve had. I live and breathe Chick-fil-A btw. This location is just a mystery to me, and I’d prefer to go to others if I can."

"This is the second time in a row, where I went through the drive-through, and I ordered soup from this location— and no employees initially put crackers in my bag, for my soup. I have to ask for crackers EVERY SINGLE TIME I get soup from this location, even though the soup is automatically SUPPOSED TO come with crackers. I also didn’t get a spoon this time, for my soup. How am I supposed to eat it?! I also didn’t get any nuts, that are supposed to come with my kale crunch salad, that I ordered. I am very disappointed, and it’s like the employees at this location, don't care at all, about making their customers happy. Either that, or they aren’t trained properly. I expect this location to step up their game!"

"Does NOT answer phone. Even called standing inside. They must have the ringer off. No one ever picks up. Had to go in person today to get my refund today after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru last night and finding out they only gave me half my order when I got home. Went inside and the manager was too busy on her phone texting to help me. Finally the store manager helped me."

"The new location has very quick lines despite the usual line around the building. People are always quick and polite. My order is always correct and the food is fresh and hot. My only complaint is that their soda fountain must be malfunctioning or I have bad luck because the last 3 times I've ordered a Coke, I discovered it tastes very off. Like someone forgot to change the bag or the machine isn't cleaned properly. Whatever the case, it makes the soda not palatable, and that's a bummer. Otherwise, no complaints here!"

"Ordered 3 large chicken noodle soups. Unless this is a change I didn't know about, they use shredded chicken nuggets in their soup? I've never had it like this nor would I have expected that from chickfila. It did not taste right with all that batter in there and deep fried nuggets! I ended up giving it away! All 3 orders had nuggets in it. It was disgusting."
