Tejas Birria- Austin

"A nice little oasis of great food trucks. Just moved to Austin a month ago and live next door, saw reviews and waited until better weather to try. I'm mad I waited! The quesibirria was so good! Great crunch on the outside and the beef was so juicy and tender on the inside. We got ours with cheese and the string pull was great for a taco! I got the ramen as a main and it was the perfect amount of spicy. The meat was tender and I ended up using the broth as the consumé for my tacos (that's its main broth base anyways). My friend got the Texas Melt and I had a bit. Also phenomenal! Great crunch and the cheese amount was perfect. 10/10"

"Such amazing Birria, so glad to have found this gem in Austin. The portions are very large & the prices are reasonable for what you get. I can’t wait to go back soon. Outside seating only , so plan to go on a good weather day unless it’s to-go."

"Wrong order - ordered Beef Birria Tacos, received pork. Good portion of meat and cheese, but pork was relatively bland, and consomé watery and oily. Better with the fresh toppings. The Cucumber Lime Fresca was the saving grace on a Texas hot day! (Although, I came for the watermelon fresca, and backup pineapple was also out.) I arrived for lunch, so not like they should've been out of everything ordered."
