"I ordered a specific part from their website. When it arrived, I learned it was not threaded correctly. When I called about the issue, I was told it was not their fault and that I would need to pay to have the part sent back to them if I wanted a refund. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the gentleman stated he was the person in charge and there was nothing further he could do for me. Being I spent 2 times as much for the shipping of this part, I decided to take the lost. Obviously, I will not be ordering any further parts from John's Mustang."
