"The outer lane was open when I visited in the evening. There was another person in the inner lane My first visit, so I took the outer. I thought it odd that the order guy said pull to the window, but there wasn't a crossover lane. The outside wasn't staffed but I pulled up to a kiosk. The car in the inside got their food before anyone came out for me. Then a second car had pulled up to the window and was getting theirs. So moral to this story is that in the evening if there isn't a backup, always choose the inside. As to the food, it was as good as I remembered, but the shredded lettuce was too thick."
"I ordered two cheeseburger combos, a cookie, banana bread, and requested ketchup. I get home and Im missing the ketchup, cookie, and bread. I recommend that you check you order before driving off. Very inconvenient for the customer!"
