"I think the other reviews probably was talking about Laura Koppe location because my visit was opposite. This was very professional and the workers were all working. Not only that the store is very organized, smelled good and everyone was willing to help us. We went in for a part that was almost $10 more at autozone. We came here because we had never been to this location before and the quality parts that O'Reilly provides are superior to Autozone or Advanced in my opinion. The worker were very nice and friendly with happy helpful attitudes. We really have only good things to say about this location. They had no idea I was doing a review , they remained helpful the entire time and all of them were dressed clean with name tags. I didn't have to wait in a long line and we got our part no problem. These workers at this location need to be praised for their exemplary work ethics because I have been to other locations that are not even half as good. When we walked through the door one of the ladies said welcome to O'Reilly. That's how it should be ! Treat us with appreciation because there is competition right down the street. We just found us the best location on the north east side. If you need a part visit this store location if you like O'Reilly."

"Like I say all O'Reilly's is awesome to me I give him a five-star every single one of them that I've ever been in when I need had needs and auto parts that I need to get from them they always either had him or had him the very next morning or day and sell five star from me all the clerks and everybody employees are always friendly eager to help either do you know look after the customers it's always a clean place so it is what it is and they got five stars for me if there was more I give them for more stars."

"This O'Reilly Auto Parts Store located on Tidwell @ Conn St. is clean with nice shiny floors. Merchandise presentation is excellent with all items front faced on the shelves. I visited on New Year's Day. Even on a major holiday, the store was well staffed with friendly, helpful associates."
