"This is a very good location so don't let the reviews fool you. I had to go get parts & the reviews didn't match what I seen. First I went to 3 other competitors and none of them was this professional with me. Advanced auto parts expected me to look at this board with bolts and nuts and find my own screws. O'Reilly didn't have any and the line there was long and slow. All Star on Jensen needs some translators because they just waved their hand at me like get outta here for two screws. So I came into this location dreadfully only because I read the reviews and thought to myself this is about to be a fiasco. When I walked in it smelled so fresh like they been spring cleaning all morning. Every worker in the store was working very hard including the manager which did surprise me. The worker Matthew who helped me didn't make me look for my own screws. He took the screw and tried several times until he found the ones I needed. He was patient and got the job done without an attitude. Everyone in the store was friendly and nice. I will be coming back to this location because I have been to the other ones along with competitors and none of them did an outstanding job like this location. I had to make sure to leave them a review that was more appropriately fitting for what really is going on. Keep up the good work because maybe the prior workers weren't doing well but as of my visit today 9/1/23 this is a top notch & highly recommended location."
