"TOTAL WASTE OF TIME TO HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE OF A DRIVE UP GATE FENCE. AND HAVE SOME GUY WALK OUT TO BRING YOU THE PART WHO BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH. THEY ACT LIKE THIS IS "FORT KNOX"! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BEING IN A HURRY BY COMING TO THIS PLACE. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE DONT EVEN HAVE THEIR NAME ON THE BIG GIANT 2 STORY METAL FRAME BUILDING!"
"Went over to the company warehouse to pick up some auto body parts. Customers are not allowed into the business compound. You have to wait on the other side of the gated wire fence in the hot sun or in your vehicle for who knows how long , until your parts are brought to you. Then, you have to wait some more for the delivery guy to go back to the warehouse and process your payment, then bring back your receipt. What a flagrant mistrust and insensitivity towards there customers for not at least provide a conducive waiting area. Bottom line, if you REALLY have to buy parts from this establishment, just order it and let them deliver it to the body/mechanic shop if possible."
