"Could have been a much greater experience. I spoke with 4 different people on the phone and not one told me that I had to come pay for the part then it would be ordered and I would get a phone call to let me know it was in and I could come pick it up when it was in stock. I never received a phone call, I had to call to see if the part was in or not. If you use this place to get USED parts make sure that you know that they do not have any parts in stock they are sent from elsewhere to this location. "They completely ignored all phone calls and I had to find out my part was late and not delivered by going in person. And then the powered window they gave me was cut to pieces and now I have to wait to find a new glass or find a way to rig this one. Won't buy from them ever again."

"Dealing with the wholesale department is equal to going to the dentist: you don't want to go and if you do, you hope to get the right person to do the job without hurting later. either they don't pick up the phone or the 'wrong' person answers, puts you on hold and or hangs up on you. should you be able to actually get to place an order, you will have to wait till the next day to get your part. not very customer friendly and certainly not speed orientated! The only person worth dealing with, is Nancy. if the prices wouldn't offset their negative customer service, I would stay away from them all together"
