"Had to return some plastic belt fasteners (50 count) the lady , Nohemy had an obvious face that she didn’t like the fact that I was returning something, she said… With out the recive cannot give you your money back gave her the the recive Didn’t like it either She started calibrating the fasteners thru the bag than replied This’s not complete I said … your right it’s missing 4 of them that’s precisely why I’m returning them cause they brake easily She got offended cause I asked her to count them all since she was in disbelief that there were 46 left With a mad face told me that she wasn’t going to return something that was good to her eyes plus why was I putting attention on something of small importance than I answered Cause I don’t want to keep something that is not going to be useful for me She started ignoring me and taking other customers orders Than asked her to finish with me and than take care of some one else why skip me … she left me talking by my self and went to the back I went to the back service area asked for the manager they told me that she was the one, and that’s when I understood why the store is not as busy as other places. Just went to her and thank her by name Revising the other opinions This lady Nahomy is just giving Advance Auto parts a bad image"

"Very helpful! I had to get the parts for a broken lug nut. They only had one of the two items. The lady was very helpful and called another Advance Auto Parts, that was not very far, to see if they had the other part, which they did and I went over there & purchased it. Happy customer!"
