"Food was good but owners seem to be a bit cheap. When placing a take out order I was asked to tip in cash even though their system allowed you to tip with card. Also I wasn’t being waited on so the question threw me off guard. Heard them ask another take out patron this and he had the same confused reaction. I had ordered two tikka masala dishes along with samosas and garlic naan. Wanted to eat in the car, but noticed no plastic ware or napkins came with it. Also the amount of rice they gave us for two meals was laughable. Seriously about 1/3 cup in one container. The tikka masala also came with about 4 bites of chicken in it. So although the food was tasty, these practices of ripping customers off will get me to not return. Just be fair. Should’ve known when I heard the other patron question how much rice he was going to get. His words exactly were “sometime you guys give very little and other times a lot.” Honestly just thought he was just being a bit difficult at the time but now I see why he asked."
"I love the food of angeethi flame, and after hearing that they just opened a new branch at Cedar park today I visited there and order a chicken Hakka noodles for to go. When I checked the amount later I found around 30% of the box is empty and the food there is really less for an adult. This is not something new in Desi business. They are all penny wise and pound foolish. I noticed earlier also Indian resturant has a tendency to reduce food amount for pickup orders. But they really don’t understand by doing this how much food they save and how many customers they loose. Or they may not carry because of monopoly!!"
"We have been making our way through all the restaurants in this development and Angeethi Flame did not disappoint. Get the garlic Naan and "butter something" we had butter shrimp and it was the best bite of our dinner. Keep it up Angeethi Flame and thanks for a great meal tonight."
