Marco's Pizza

"I made a to go order for delivery. From the Cedar Park location. The driver took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive even though I’m less than 2 miles away. He then gives my pizza to some random high school kids that I don’t even know. They bring it over to me, and then he expects me to walk back to the parking lot to pay him for the pizza. I refused to do that, so he came over to me. I gave him the money, he’s clearly stoned out of his mind and doesn’t have any change. I called and spoke with the restaurant and was assured that the manager would give me a call back. This was about five weeks ago and I have never heard from the manager. Last time trying this place."

"Beware if you live 2 miles away from the location and order delivery. I waited 40 minutes for my order and called the store and was told the driver is still delivering and still had to go back to the store which would take another 15 minutes and then they'll deliver my pizza. I ordered here thinking it'd be faster than cooking for my kids and now I just wasted a whole hour waiting on a pizza that's made 2 miles away. At least the lady on the phone was nice."

"This was a good day to get pizza for us. But when we walked in there was 1 young lady in the back that was working tirelessly on our pizza's and others. In the midst of the grueling work load She took the time to great us and let us know how soon our pizza and cheesy breadsticks would be out. She was even pleasant with the drive, who when he entered gave her attitude about people in the lobby. My family and I will definitely get pizza from here in the future."

"I am sharing this review in hopes that the manager at the Little Elm Trail location in Cedar Park knows just how lucky his is for the 2 employees he had working tonight. I ordered a pizza tonight Tuesday Aug. 29, 2023, I went to go pick it up and there was 3 people in front of me and I overheard the young lady behind the counter apologizing to the guests in front of me because they were shorthanded. Shorthanded, it was just 2 employees holding down the fort, this young lady, and another gentleman. I did not get her name but she was amazing and not only should management be proud of her but she should be very proud of herself. She was waiting on customers and answering the phone and making pizza the while shouting out compliments to the gentleman that was working with her. Telling him that he was doing a great job and she appreciated him being there. These 2 kids ran that business like they owned it. Their commitment to getting everyone's order out quite a sight to see. I will defiantly be calling to make sure someone saw this review. Tonight, the quality of the food has nothing to do with us returning to Marco's it has to do with the quality of the employees that were working tonight. Thank-You, both. Kristen Byrnes"

"Not bad, definitely happy with portion size, slightly undercooked but no big deal. Also, my pizza wasn’t cut, again not a big deal. Got cheese bread too which was good. First timer for Marcos, overall good! Will order again soon"
