"The manager was nice but the cashier was not professional she was coughing without covering her damn mouth very rude attitude. If you wanna know who it was, it was the girl with the long dark hair kind of puffy but she was disgusting and mean if you don’t like your job and attending to customers you just don’t need a job or just don’t work in front of the scene work at a job where you can be home and have a job that you can operate from the privacy of your own home, but the public is different so and that’s the only reason why I gave it two stars because the manager was walking around asking if we needed help or a further assistance’s On any other thing in the store. I never really had that type of experience before with the cashiers rude as hell but then again times are changing and people are just working just because of work not the passion of customer service anymore like I said if you don’t like your job, give it to somebody that needs it."

"Dishonest marketing , I wanted green pair of shorts marked UNDER 9.99 lady with red/orange hair & glasses would not accommodate. There were multiple shorts placed in the section. Shop online or another store"

"I love old navy and prices are good. This store has their air conditioner broken or not working correctly for more than two months. How is it possible that a big chain like this doesn’t fix their air conditioner in Houston? Houston weather has been miserably hot. I don’t understand how they have their employees and customers without cool air. Feel worse for their employees!!"

"Was looking for a nice solid polo and they had a few to choose from. Super comfortable as well. Store was super organized and well kept up. The girl at the register was really helpful and friendly!I'm not sure what they put in this water but it has to be something magical for $400!! Lol"
