"Worst Whata around. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Whoever the short Hispanic manager is should not be employed as a manager at all. FAILURE to provide upon request most recent health inspection report… truly unacceptable behavior for an employee of this managerial position. Upon request of said health inspection report, I was ORDERED to leave the establishment and THREATENED to have police contacted if I would not leave… As a long time supporter of whataburger I am truly shocked and appalled with this woman’s behavior."

"Avoid this place in the morning. Girl with the shaved hair is rude and combative. Too much conversation thru the speaker, zero customer service skills. If you don't like your job, then quit. The food, however, is better than average. Or at least was when I went. Forgot my orange juice, didn't want to be there for another second. Didn't bother to mention it."

"Was a good experience at Whataburger, although not perfect, still above average. My dine-in order was slightly wrong, but the manager without hesitation said "I'll fix it right away" and within about 5 minutes I had exactly what I ordered, hot and fresh. The food was GREAT, and despite the hiccup, the overall experience was 5 stars. The staff was very friendly, not just to me, but every customer that walked in the door."

"Decided to go here instead of the on by Walmart on el Dorado. It’s about the same distance but I was hoping less crowded. It was. Only a table of 5-6 inside and probably 4 cars in front of me. After I ordered I waited close to 15 minutes before getting to the window. I paid and was asked to pull forward and to the right to wait on my food. Ok, no big deal. About a minute later the guy walked out with my order, just 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Easy. Drive about 8-10 minutes to the house. We sit down to eat and find soggy fries and cold burgers. If they were so slammed that I had to wait as long as I did you would think the food would be HOT right? … another disappointing trip to Whataburger."
