"*****DISCLAIMER: THIS IS FOR ALL DELIVERY SERVICES***** This location is the worst to pickup orders from. They never have the order ready and they are very rude. I deliver for two apps and I've been sent here to pickup an order for a customer. Upon entering, I was never greeted nor acknowledged. They took the orders of two guests who walked in after me before they even spoke to me. And when I tried to talk to Joyce or the other black lady (she didn't have a name tag on) they both told me that couldn't help me, I'm helping other people. Oh, right the other people that came in after me, the ones behind me. They told me to go to the side and wait. I couldn't even tell them the name of the order I was waiting on. Like if that's the case, please remove your signage that says, "Whataburger Pickup" near the drink station. Other times in the past, when it was just Joyce working there and a special needs worker they helped me right away. But now, I don't ever see the special needs worker and they have become a lot rude to me. Hello? I'm doing a service to your company and for the customer. They don't see that. They will never have the customer order ready, no matter if it was placed earlier; they will forget to do it until you arrive. They will mess up on the order, please make sure it's correct before you leave. I know we cannot stop orders from going to this location. But be mindful and aware they do do this stated and they do not care."

"I love Whataburger. My husband and I travel to the next city over from us because we love it so much. Tonight was the worst experience ever. It took them 20 minutes to fill out order of a hamburger and fish sandwich. Wait, in 20 minutes I checked on our order and they had not even started our order. We were refunded but highly disappointed in the service. Not sure if we will revisit this Whataburger."

"I love this Whataburger! I recently moved to east Pearland and this is my Whataburger. The bacon taquito meal is my go to when I’m pregnant. I come here way too often right now because of it. I have noticed that every time, the employees are friendly and pleasant, the place is clean, and the order is always quick and correct! Thank you Whataburger staff!"

"Good Service, of course since whataburger makes everything fresh, it at times can take a little while to get your food, BUT ... when it comes it is nice and hot and fresh!! I appreciate the folks that walk around the lobby asking if we need more ketchup or salt/pepper, etc... Have never had an issue with this place. Always top notch food and service here. Place is always clean. I always come back."
