"I mainly come here while door dashing but I occasionally get breakfast. The food is always good. Haven't had an issue yet. The service is ok. Sometimes it takes awhile before they pay attention to anyone at the counter. The atmosphere is nice. I like it after the remodel."
"By far, the worst McDonalds of all. EVERY time they get our order wrong. Yesterday was no exception, paid for a burger with bacon, no bacon. The Managers get bonus' based on profit. Constantly leaving off items that were paid for increases the manager's bonus and this is so prevalent at this location that is has to be on purpose. This has been going on for years there. When confronted with the mistakes, they are very rude about it."
"Just once would be nice for my order to be correct. Just this time, after respectfully calling the location to let them know I was returning to pick up an item that they left out of my order, the young woman that I'm assuming was the shift manager, was extremely rude and acted as if I'm the one that screwed up my order. To make matters worse, she argued with me about what my receipt specifically said. "Oreo" is definitely not spelled like "M&M", but yet she insisted I ordered an M&M McFlurry. You would think frequenting a place on average once every 3 months, that the probability of repeat issues would be low. The actual folks working the drive thru wear quite nice though."
"Terrible location - they always make huge mistakes on the orders and every time you go they hand you a drink and ask you to park and wait because it makes their service times look faster. Instead you park and wait a long time just for them to still get the order wrong."
"I love McDonalds, i despise this location. Every time i eat here they mess up my order. Its always small like no sauce or a missing burger, but is literally every single time. This alone i feel like is a realistic disappointment, alot of fast food places mess up orders. My main issue is with this particular McDonalds employee that is very creepy and unsettling. I do not know his name but he is a white man around or over six feet tall with a bulky build and long hair. Every time i have seen him here he is constantly starting at me and walking past me many times, like he's hovering around me. It’s suffocating. Ive ignored it in the past since he’s not always working, but today was the final straw for me. Me and my brother were waiting on our order, and this employee had already done his fair share of antics (Staring at us, passing by us multiple times when no other employee has) when for NO reason with zero explanation he stepped in front of me and my brother and leaned like THREE feet forward with his face, just silently staring at us for a few seconds before walking off. I wanted to just leave without my food at this point, and if they hadn’t called my name so soon after i probably would have. When i grabbed the food off the counter my brother was by the kiosk and the moment he saw me grabbing the food McCreep walked between me and my brother to the point me and my brother BOTH had to suck in our waist and press against our surroundings (me, pressing into the counter and my brother pressing against the kiosk) just so we wouldn’t have to touch this man. It is ridiculous what you have to endure just waiting for your order! The food doesn't even take that long to come out, i couldn’t imagine the immense harassment that must come with dining in. Im never stepping foot in here again after today, and im going home to take a shower after such a violating interaction."
