"I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this post. Do not under any circumstance. Call this company to do any repairs on your appliances. I have battled them for almost 4 months to repair my washing machine. It’s extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone when you call. It’s extremely difficult to get them to do what they are supposed to do. Again, do not use this company for Any reason. I have terrible customer, service, inexperienced, uneducated technicians, the only saving grace for that company. Is there one technician. His name is Vitaly."

"Home warranty sent Allure Appliance to us to fix oven that would not come on. Allure contacted us promptly to schedule repair within 24 hours. They came to home same day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the repair part.Allure came out today and fixed the oven. Very pleased with communication, professionalism and timeliness of the repair done by Allure."

"Terrible! Appliance man didn't know the difference between a mini fridge and a sub zero built in freezer which lead to a headache with insurance company. He stated he didn't have the tools or knowledge to work on it, so he couldn't diagnose which also lead to problems with insurance. They hardly ever answer phone and when they do, it's a lady that sounds like she just woke up and rude."

"Terrible. This is who my home warranty company sent to my home to repair my dryer. Prior to Allure attempting to fix my dryer it would start by pulling hard on timer / control knob. I tried to tell the technician that arrived the problem. He would not listen. He instead took apart dryer said he found problem, left, ordered part came back two weeks later and it didn’t work. He then showed me another part that did have damage but was functional. I looked at wiring diagram and the next part he wanted to replace had nothing to do with starting and when tested it was in bad shape but worked. It’s been 2 additional weeks. We gave up and just replaced the dryer ourselves and the home warranty company agreed to reimburse us our service fee. Even the lady that answers their phone is difficult and doesn’t listen. Just a terrible experience worst I’ve ever had with any repair service for anything"
