"I haven't eaten at a Panda Express for several years now and after having it tonight I remember why. There was a wait when there were clearly almost no people inside or in the drive-through. I ordered the broccoli beef for one of the entrees and I pretty much got undercooked broccoli. The chicken tastes like they recooked it. Very unimpressed. The only redeeming quality was the nice individual who took my order."
"I love going here but the hours of operation could be better. I showed up when the doors first opened and found them to not be ready. Had to wait"
"Friendly and quick but a bit expensive for what you’re getting. Rice tasted like it’s was a day old food was warm to cold and in small portions. The angus beef tasted bland and rubbery like it was microwaved did enjoy the Kung Pao only be cause it was spicy even though it was cold. Won’t be coming back"
"The worst panda we have ever eaten at. The first time we had a large order around 7pm 6-7 meals. All of the bowls were not even halfway full of food. Beef and broccoli had 2 pieces of beef and 10 pieces of Broccoli. Two days ago for lunch, we ordered again. I opened the to go box of my plate and there was 3 single small pieces of chicken on the plate and the chow mein and rice were 90% vegetables. Picture below. I would never recommend anyone to eat here at this location if you expect to get what you’re paying for because you will not get that."
"My first Panda Express experience is described as average americanized asian-themed fast food lightly seasoned to be okay to everyone. I ordered a bigger plate with 3 entrees and 1 side for $10.50. There was nothing unique or exceptional about the 3 entrees of beef steak, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp (the steak and shrimp are up-charged an additional $1.25) but they were served hot and fresh. The fried rice was bland and the spring rolls the same. The tables were dirty and there was a dirty paper plate with some sort of brown sauce sitting beneath the card reader I had to move to use my debit card to pay. On the positive side of things the restaurant had a modern feel, cooked small amounts of food at a time to maintain freshness, had a unique sweet and sour sauce, and a friendly staff. I need to give a shout out to Sonia at the Alvin, TX restaurant for the highlight of my first Panda Express experience."
