"There's an older lady that works night shift in drive through. I can't remember her name but she is ALWAYS so friendly and up beat. She's funny and always welcoming. Makes EVERY experience a great one. The only reason I go to Jack in the box to be honest."

"Went there on around new years because they were the only place open, they took forever to make the food, and on top of that they gave me the wrong order, noticed it when I got home, but there was no way I was going back out at 10pm. Her suggestions are spot-on, and when she says, "Thank you for your business, can I get you anything else?", you can genuinely feel her appreciation for the customers – recognizing that they are the cornerstone of her work. I hold immense respect for someone who, likely underappreciated and underpaid, maintains a steadfast dedication to delivering a positive experience for the customer. Even though this location is a bit farther from my house compared to the one in the town center, and despite the late-night hunger pangs I might experience working late in my Pearland shop, I consistently choose this Jack In The Box. The reason? The unparalleled quality of service and the reliable consistency of the fast food served make it worth the extra miles."

"I sent a note about the food I received on 7/15, that it was flavorless and no sauce on my tacos. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the owner apologizing for the experience. I had received part of the previous customer's order. They requested no sauce!!! I returned to the site and was given 6 new tacos with sauce & a coke. (original order was 4 & a coke). Thank you for making this right and the great service! I shall return again."
