"So I had a horrible experience the night before at this location and to make matters worse, we had two transactions and did not get a receipt for either one. When we got home and realized both orders were completely incorrect, we called to the location multiple times in the same night, and there was no answer until today in the afternoon and that’s when an employee told us to call before we came today and they would take care of everything no problem, so we called this evening before we were coming up here so they would know, and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and nobody answered. We came back the tonight and there’s no manager on duty even though we spoke to a manager earlier in the day and they told us to come back and they would take care of it. An employee named Macy completely took care of everything and handled her customers as they should be…we were not given receipts for either transaction and no manager on duty to handle this situation, but she completely made sure to satisfy her customer, even though it wasn’t her customer from the night before that was highly unsatisfied…. this is how customer service works. Every employee, manager and crew-member needs to take note from this lady right here at this location. She deserves employee of the month and probably needs to be promoted to manager and definitely a raise and y’all should probably thank her because I’m sure she probably corrects lots of mistakes and keeps customers coming back because she does what she supposed to do by satisfying the customer when they’ve been unsatisfied previously, and she corrects other workers mistakes with a smile on her face and a positive attitude!"

"My husband and I went there about a few minutes ago and let’s just start off with this the girl that was taking orders at the window had a major attitude, kelp on “huh” me on the speaker and was cutting me off. Kelp getting my order wrong I asked for a larger #5 with curly fries and large sweet tea and a medium #6 regular fry and Dr Pepper and two tacos, she was cool till the end slamming the window and having an attitude at the end as an ex team leader for jack in the box we all have our off days but that behavior unnecessary anyways we get home our food looked like it was thrown together and the tacos wasn’t in the bag I tried to call the store so guy said there was no team leader on shift. So I will be calling the store manager tomorrow. Gotta do better!"

"This place was disgusting. I bought a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Value Fry and Value Drink. The Hamburger had extra nasty stale bread. Almost like they toasted the buns like subway would. I returned the food! Nastiest Jack in The Box I've ever dined in at. I spit the second really first bite of the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger out so quickly! Place needs new management. Or team members."

"Me and my friend Seth got there about 4:45. Walked inside and the woman at the counter was staring at her phone and I had to wait for a few seconds before she even seemed to recognize my existence while I stood directly in front of her at the counter. I had a coupon and asked if I could make it a combo, she didn't say anything so I repeated myself. She said yes. She typed a couple things on the register and then said "just the sandwich?" What. I asked her again to do a combo and she got it that time. Also asked her for some good good sauce cuz it's super good. Whoever came up with that sauce needs a promotion and a raise. But anyways, she forgot my sauce so I had to ask another guy to grab it for me after my order came out. Other than that the experience was great. Food was good. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Seating arrangement is weird but it's a small building so, pretty understandable."

"Ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch… they gave me buttermilk ranch which shouldn’t go on a salad and didn’t cut my chicken so I have a salad with a big piece of grilled chicken on top that I now have to take out of the container and cut. You pay for something you should get what you pay for, period."
