"Food is usually good but I bought some rice, got home, and it is definitely spoiled. No way I'm going back up there as I live about 20 minutes away. There's no way the employee who fixed it didn't smell it unless they have a serious case of COVID."

"I manage for a company and wanted to order the crew that works underneath me lunch for working short notice. I attempted to place the order online and got the stores mixed up, my fault for the mix up. Anyway I attempted to contact this store and cancel the order but no one would pick up the phone. I called the customer support number and requested a refund and a copy of the receipt once a week for 2 months. The way their customer support works is they will take your request and submit it to the store and hopefully they will get back with you. According to their customer support they do not make any out going calls so they can not help you any further than sending an email. If you would like help out side of directly talking to the store I would not get your hopes up. As far as the food and atmosphere goes I can not give an accurate account for it, but I hope it is enough to make up for their ability to respond to a email."

"They take a long time and seem to not care about being there or the service they provided. Honestly the person at the register looks and acts like they're high or just really don't like the job. And the food is just terrible! Do not waste your money here unless you like greasy chicken and cold sides."

The fact it’s right by my house is a plus for nights I can’t cook but I REALLY recommend their tenders please trust me when I say they are some WHOPPERS I always get the 5PC spicy they almost always are fresh and well worth the price this is the most ungreedy churches I’ve ever been to please please don’t change other churches should take this store under their wing and re train them cause wow amazing food and staff is cool GO HERE !!"

"Placed an order through the drive thru at 8:51pm and was told a total. Told me it will take 15 minutes. When got to window to pay was told that they only have tenders and the cook is not cooking anymore food. Good luck!"
