"Same Old MacDonald's experience as usual except for maybe this time was a little strange because all that they weren't busy it seemed like they were taking way too long and I noticed them just sitting or standing in the back laughing around with each other about and joking and stuff and when we did get our food was not up to par when it comes to temperature.. however, I feel like this is just an off day for them as almost every other outing here is no complaints"
"Worst customer service in the area! If a cashier is at that register, their phone is more important than waiting on the customer. Need all new managers and employees with corporate training. Never greeted nor welcomed back. Instead rudely asked what’s your number then here ya go. As if my order is an inconvenience. I’ll go to Kingwood where Laura’s stores are on point!"
"This place is being operated by a bunch of high school kids that don’t pay attention and overcook EVERYTHING! I ordered a Number 3 and a Large Dr. Pepper. I paid, moved to the next window, got my drink and then was asked to move to the next window. I waited 10 minutes for a burned burger and no fries? Then the kid tells me that I ordered a burger and coke. I was like, I ordered a Number 3!!! I refused to leave until I got my fries. I didn’t check my burger and I should have. Both meats were burned to a crisp. What a useless place to go get food!!!"
"3stars - Food half of my food is always cold, especially my FRIES!! It's sad McDonald's fries are the best when they are fresh out and salted ... 2 stars - Customer service can use some work. Dine in, you don't get greeted and if you do it's rare . 3 stars- atmosphere, it's not dirty"
