McDonald's

"What's the purpose of ordering ahead on the app when you still have to wait 10 minutes for your food when you get there. Ordered 20 minutes prior on the app. Just something simple. I get there and I'm told to pull up. We sat there for extra10 minutes. Meanwhile, 7 cars behind us got their orders and left. Never again."

"I bought two Caramel Frappe, extra Drizzle, the employee who served me mistreated me when I asked about the extra Drizzle and almost threw the order in my face, when I complained to another employee who was supposed to be in charge of the shift, she treated me worse, lifting me up the voice and kicking me out of the store, he did not return the order that I had given him to verify the poor quality of the product, and that I had paid for extra candy and they had not included it. My wife was in the car next to me and when she witnessed this abuse, her blood pressure went up so much, almost ending up in the hospital. Please do not allow a brand as prestigious as McDonald's to be degraded by employees as unprofessional and humane as these two ladies. I sincerely hope that my comment is taken seriously and action is taken."

"I eat at McDonald's daily, for the most part. Sometimes, twice daily. I'm cheap. I usually dine alone. It's convenient and easy, especially, if I'm using the app and taking advantage of it's deals. I don't feel like it costs me much more doing it this way than going to the grocery. And I don't like to do that anyway. It's too big and too public for my tastes! I love the curbside service available and almost always use it. The food is what it is. I don't think it's bad most the time and I like the fact that I at least feel like I know what I'm getting when I go. I frequent many of the McDonald's around this area having little preference as they seem to maintain a pretty good consistency amongst them and unless I stop at the one in downtown Humble next to the Wingstop then I rarely have complaints. The service can be a little shoddy, at times, but you get what you pay for. It's a large part of my diet and I'm thankful for it! And thankful for the people that do it for me so I don't have to! Frankly, I have more important things to worry about than food."

"I can't believe I'm eating at a McDonald's but it wasn't my choice. The place was clean, fast service and the taste of the burgers are the same but the fries weren't hot but seemed warm and dry... like under the heat lamp too long. Not meaty and addictive like I remember they used to be 15+ years ago. Nice & courteous employees and management."

"Very quick service, my filet o fish was fresh and warm, and my shake was good too. The only complaint I would have is that the windows were so tinted that I didn’t know where to pay, but everything else was quick and easy."
